As in set up on a rolling road, serviced, or rebuilt?

Best to get it on a rolling road probably? But give the engine a good service beforehand!

yeah just done that dude but as i'm new to the mini scene (at the age of 40) i'v no idea of how much and where to go

Id recommend steve walford (http://www.swmotorsport.tk/) He set mine up nicely and gained me 9BHP for about £60 as far as i can remember
