This has rusted through so i need to replace it but im unsure what part i need to order, so any help would be great.

It's a core plug - the Mini suppliers will probably sell it by name or as a blanking plug. Elsewhere it would simply be sold as a core plug of x diameter.

 

Worst case - drill tap and stick a grub-screw or threaded plug in there. All it does is blank the hole so as long as it seals and isn't proud of the face it will work.
