Hi guys,

Im looking for some softwere that I will be able to use to crease a time lapse sequence using Jpeg files I have taken.

Looking for some free downloadable softwear that I can throw my images in and peel out a video. I have seen 1 or 2 before (LRtimelapse2 being one) but requires lightroom to peel a video after doing the sequencing and fiddling... which of course isnt free softwere.

Just thought id add im on a PC.

I thought it might be interesting to time lapse a day i spent in the garage working on the mini, but i have all these files i can use now >_< so would be nice to actually get use of them.

Thanks!

Dave.

VirtualDub will do this. http://www.virtualdub.org/

Will take a sequence of images if they are numbered, e.g. Image0001, Image0002 etc. Don't worry if they aren't, this article explains the lot: http://timelapseblog...for-time-lapse/

Cheers

Ian

Bang on.

I actually looked at movie maker last night but oddly couldnt get the time between frames to go below 1 second each...  would seem kinda pointless, im not trying to show holiday snaps!

Better video for next time, ill use closer shots because it seems notchy still at 30 second snaps.

Video also starts with the mandatory Go-pro turn on and check the lights on, too cliche to remove the frame

i'm sure i got it down under a second from memory, it's been a while though. I think i had to manually type in the interval time rather than use the arrows/slider whatever it was..
