checked with the ebayer, not e marked but I think at the price its no biggie... this would probs need a different relay though I'm guessing?

Red spray tint, takes about 10 mins plus drying time. Been pulled by cops for other stuff before and they didn't say anything about the red lights
just out of interest were are you reflectors??

You could get MK1 red lights standard on US or Canada spec cars in the early years.. I have found some for sale for US $35 each plus $40 shipping... Figured it would be cheaper to paint them myself. Not sure if they did later ones though

LED's like these?

They seem to fit the bill.
Those LED bulbs are no way bright enough. I had a set of those in my car and had to change them as they were quite dim and not very noticeable in the daylight!
I've now got these in and they are brighter than the standard filament bulbs. (They are even CE marked).

Or not quite as bright as the 50W but still bright.

For £50 you could get some purpose built mini ones (even get a TMF discount).

If you go to LED bulbs in the indicators you will have to change the indicator flashers to an electronic version.
The LED bulbs draw a-lot less current and as such your existing bi-metalic flashers will not work (your bulbs will just stay on constantly).

Hi guys,
I'd like to acquire tail lights that look like these:
I can't remember if I've asked this question on here before
But these lights look great, and I haven't seen anything like them on Ebay, on the classifieds here, or on minispares/sport.
any chance you have any other photos of these? :)
