I went to Moss Europe yesterday, and left a very happy man.

I had almost £1000 worth of panels to buy for my rebuild, and because I was a new customer spending over £800, I get 10% discount for a year, which is awesome!

I used to use Minispares, but haven't been impressed recently with their service, so I'm pleased to have found another supplier that keeps good stock.

Would definitely recommend them, and if you're based in the South/South East, they're easy to get to, just off of the M25 end of the M3 in Twickenham.

I've always heard good things about buying stuff from Moss' stores, my mates always went to get stuff from the Bristol one as it was local, but how are they with internet orders?

I ordered some stuff a week ago from moss-europe.co.uk, but I've had nothing other than an order confirmation and no reply when I've asked about my order status. What are people's experiences with using the website for orders?

EDIT: Got a reply now, they must have just been busy :P

It's annoying as it was the only place that has this bloody badge I want, but apparently that is discontinued so I can't have it.....

They're very helpful once they got back to me, so can't complain

I also highly recommend moss Europe. I use them for nearly everything and bought all my panels from there as it's not too far from me. Great quality stuff and were also very helpful when I had a problem with a slave cylinder :)

I must be unlucky, I have tried to use them twice (Manchester branch I think it was- it was over the phone). The first time they were useless and I went elsewhere, the second time the guy was so rude I emailed the main office. They didn't even bother to reply. Not surprisingly I have never used them since.

I've just been on there website looking at there catalogue's and im shocked by the postage costs to northern Ireland. £7 is very steep so wont be getting one. But it does look like a reasonable company
