Well after reading lots of bad things about these guys i decided to risk it and order a set of 12x6 rally specials with falken tyres i placed the order on sat night its probably the single most expensive thing i have bought other than the mini itself, in a very long time so it took me around 2 hours to actualy click the buy button.lol.

Anyway at 9:30 this morning i had a call from my wife saying they had just rang about a problem with the order...my heart sank when she said this, so i called them to see what the problem was to be told that unfortuntely they dont have the falken tyres i ordered in stock and they wont be getting any until the 20th of may at the earliest...i was gutted, Then to my suprise she said you can either wait until then and we will dispatch them as soon as possible or we will do you a set of yokohama's for the same price! :)

I have never been more impressed with customer service than this so i thought i would share it with you guys, i think to often people complain about when a company gets something wrong but in my eyes its not the fact theres a problem, because everyone makes mistakes its how you put them right that counts. And its not often the people who have had a good experience talk about it :)

You won't be saying they're great after a months dude when they look like crap. Also their customer service is terrible, so I wouldn't bother ringing them to complain.

lacquer so thin, you could rub it back off just from polishing , but with cheap wheels, you get what you pay for....

I've had a few sets off them with no problems.

To be fair their customer service has been pretty good as well.  As long as you remember they sell cheap wheels then you won't be disappointed.  If you want better quality ones and are prepared to pay more then don't use them!!

True, but back when I was working refurbishing wheels as day job I did happen to strip all of the lacquer and paint off a set of cheap wheels just by cleaning them.

If you want any wheel, especially ones that have been diamond cut/polished is to have them powder coat lacquered and then baked.

I've for a set of d1s from them. Have done nearly 20k which included a 60 mile a day commute when we had the bad snow ( or good snow:D) miles and had two new tyres with no problems. They've had no special treatment just a normal wash with the car and look like new. Only problem I has was when some low life nicked a centre cap.

nope, just normal (although stronger) wheel cleaner to remove the worst of the brake dust and road grime before being aqua blasted to remove any stubborn dirt and key the original paint.
