Ive got to follow the obvious and say mine is my perfect Mini - its comfortable, handles great, looks spot on (in my eyes), is rust free, reliable, one of a kind with some rare bits, and above all, fun :) The only thing I would swap it for is a MK1 Cooper S, and then I would probably sell that and build another Mini exactly the same as mine and have 18K left

That's gorgeous, well done : you just need some chrome mirrors - those plastic things ruin the look IMO

The black Clubby above is lovely, as is mk1leg's mini.

 

But if I was given the chance to own any one mini, an ERA turbo would be near to the top of the list I have to admit. I would also love a Moke, a Mk2 S (I prefer the rear light compared to the Mk1), a subtly modified van or even a Traveller. But the ERA is probably at the top of that list at the moment.

 

I had to edit because it originally read 'The black Clubby above is lovely, as is mk1leg'. I didn't want him getting the wrong impression.
