i have an "s" head here with the part number

 

12G940,

12G1803 S

 

all valves are present with a new set of uprated springs, as you can see the guides have been removed and its ready for a new set.

its also an 11 stud'er

looks like it has been flowed, and also looks ported. 

"S" is stamped next to the thermostat housing and there is also an "S" stamp just above the temperature sensor.
