Hi all

I need help....I had a new head lining fitted to a classic mini restoration I am doing. I cant for the life of me find where the holes are located for the rear view mirror and the sun visors. I have been trying to feel for them through the head lining but had no luck, can any one measure where the holes are located and post the measurements for me. At least then I would know the general area of where to poke......

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks

Mark

Now these are off my Clubman but should be roughly the same.

The measurement is from the r/h pillar at the top just before it starts to curve round.

The first visor hole is 70 mm, the next measurement is approx 328 mm although when i measured Erms it was nearly 340 mm. The mirror mounts from the sun visor mount is 125 mm. The centre of the mirror is approx 140 mm from the sun visor mount.

Hope these help.

Hi all

Still having problems locating these bloody holes, starting to think I need to take the front window back out and peal the head lining back...

Is any one willing to take a few photos with a tape measure please?? Been feeling around with a pin but I cant remember where about to poke...

Not the best picture but you can see where i started the measurements

This picture shows you the width / pitch between the visor mount screws

This is the measurement between the inboard visor screw and the centre of the mirror.
