To keep it short were else apart from the rear seat can I mount harnesses

Note I have no rear seats and will be fitting a 6 point cage but will have a small amp board in rear seat space

You can get a harness bar?

Harness bar is best as it gets the shoulder straps more at shoulder height rather than down low....which ain't ideal.  

 

If you do mount low down, reinforce the fixing points with spreader plates. 

 

Lap belts can be put in the standard fixings using eye bolts.

I should of noted before I can't fit a bar as I have got a board were my rear seat should be for my amp and sub and the board sits about 6 inches down from parcel shelf can I mount my harnesses at top of board wich will be sholder height going through the seat panel

If people have pics of the different ways of mounting harnesses will be great

  You will need to use a substantial amount of reinforcement to fit them to the top of the bulkhead, that and the parcel shelf are not strong.  Look in the boot of a Rover Cabrio for guidance.

Okay thank you why will it not be strong ebough at the top but it is at the bottom

  The bottom is welded to the floor, and has reinforcing plates from the factory.  I have seen Minis at tracks pulled nearly inside out in a crash from the harnesses being fixed to the parcel shelf or top of the rear bulkhead.

 

  A Rover Mini Cabriolet.  It had the rear seat belts secured to the middle of the parcel shelf and a HUGE bracket in the boot to support them.
