If you go on Youtube and search "Roadkill" you will find a series created by the guys from Hot Rod Magazine on there. They have quite a lot of episodes where they buy rat rods and roadtrip them across America. One of their latest episodes features a Willy's Jeep rat rod like this, almost identical. Wicked episode, they even sell it on at the end. A Moke rat rod would be so cool, think I saw a Moke with a Vauxhall Redtop engine that looked ridicuously low like that Jeep, might of been posted on the Mini Magazine FB page

Looks like a Lotus 7 made by a 5 year old. I should hate it, but it is seriously cool.
