Hi,

Just wondering how tight a fit the raised lugs on the keyway locating plate should be. Do I need to carefully file it's sides down until it's very snug? I don't want to try and force it in as I tighten the flywheel bolt up.

Also how deep should it go into the end of the crank shaft?

Thanks

You should be able to put it in by hand, or a gentle tap with a hammer, but should not need forcing... if it does I would check you have the flywheel the right way up.

Ok great! Thanks!

Because the raised part is off set isn't it?

It's tight in the crank even without the flywheel.
