No disrespect but....In these days of terrorism and Acts of Parliament do you really think that the DVLA /anyone would tell you what cars were registered at your previous addresses?

You could try a v888 form.

But you'll need to provide a better reason for information probably.

I wouldn't bother waiting in the queue... :-)

You're asking the DVLA to tell you what vehicles have ever been registered at your previous addresses, and you don't remember the VRM details?

Uhm...as for needing them for your financial records...I think we personally are required to keep adequate financial records, not expect the DVLA to do it for us....  :-)

Be interested to see you you get on with it though....Try the Freedom of Information Act..,,, everyone else seems to have got something out of government agencies using that!!

I'm afraid I don't think you'll get much out of the DVLA on this one. V888 forms require the reg. number and usually you have to be the current keeper of the vehicle to get the info they have on it.

As for what cars are registered at this address, that address you'll be lucky!

Maybe try ringing the insurance companies. They should have your old policy details on record and perhaps after a few security questions have been answered they will tell you the vehicle details. Unless we're talking many decades ago that is!

Do friends/family have any photos? Any old emails regarding selling the car or insuring it?
