So my minis been of the road for a cpl of years n im looking at starting using it again. I had a classic policy on it 3 years ago when I was through Footman James. They covered my mini and my bike on seprate policys but now im trying to get insurance through again and they say they wont insure me as im 21 n to young. Oviously the b**strds have changed there rules but who can i go with now? ny segestion people???

will do man. another thing. does anyone know a classic insurer good for multi car, im buying volvo 240 in a month or two as a daily so im looking to insure both

I looked into this have an MGB, mini and VW camper. It worked out cheaper to have three policies for me. There was one insurer (sorry I can't remember who it was) that did a policy for total car value 'up to £xxxxx'. There were exceptions to what they would insure and there was also a total mileage. I only paid £180 for all three of mine so it didn't work out any better but might be worth asking about.

I've been calling companies today and only Adrian Flux will actually insure me and agree a value so far because I'm not 25/have another car. Adrian Flux weren't too bad but I would have liked some options!

Im insure on my bike through adrian flux at the moment n its very cheap. ill give them a go. tbf, i dont think im gona put the mini on the road for a while now. i may be bying a new, but older, car. it wil still need a classic policy tho so ill need ill give em a go for that
