Right the red bits in the picture are the mount points with spreader plates this is what the mounts are made out of

Durable: High corrosion resistance, Hot Dipped Galvanised Cast Iron to BS EN ISO 1461:1999

Green bits is just a scaffold or similar bar will be used once set in right position all joins can be welded

Erm?! surely you need a cage to fit said harness bar?

Harness bar without a cage is just asking to end in tears imo.

I'd PM JonsBetts and see if he can make you a harness bar similar to his original style ones. Clicky

Also I don't know what cage you have but Safety Devices make a harness bar that bolts onto their cages.

Cast iron is not really suitable for mounting a seatbelt.  It's not ductile but very brittle, it snaps without warning when overloaded.

How about one of these welded to each rear leg of your cage with a removable harness bar between them? Clicky

It's something best tackled by an experienced welder though. You really shouldn't use the seat back to mount the harness bar, it's not nearly strong enough.

Seconded, if you look at their door bar kits, it has all the adaptors etc to fit inside their tube so you don't have to weld it on if you didn't want, i'm not sure on the safety aspect of that though.

If you dont want to weld, have you already welded in the reinforcing brackets/spreader plates for the cage?

Forgot who makes them, but I've seen harness bars that bolt/weld to the side of the wheel arch rather than the top so you can still fit a roll cage. Might be worth looking into
