Mmm quite like those wheels. Not quite sure but this looks like an MPI as the ECU is in a different position to the SPI i am working on.

Sorry the photos not great- Mpi or Spi?
Well....that looks like an MPi coil pack in there - but the rad is in the side so it can't be...it must be SPi...although the AC piping location is different to mine....as if these were almost added after the event.

Wheels, wheel arches, the leather seat trims & wood grain door cappings and possibly the wood dash if I don't end up painting it.
Is the a different section for selling parts.
Still trying to work out how to navigate the forum...
I also need to buy parts???

Yep...My ECU was tucked in over the AC rad, and not towards the front like that.

You may have a few bits that I'd like - I'd take the leather seats - just the panels themselves because the shipping. As I said, I do have a full set of SPi equipment and lots of other junk from a 96 SPi - I also tend to stockpile spares to use up shipping, so I do have stuff a bit close to you than the UK, if you need something.

Whilst that looks like a coil pack....it has a right mounted radiator and it's from japan....and it has factory AC.....those three things say it shouldn't be an MPi....but it seems that 2000 and newer cars could have been MPi's with a side mounted radiator.

Easy way to determine if its an SPi or MPi is by sticking you hand under the ECU.
If, in addition to the wiring loom coming from it, there may be a very small hose coming from the middle of the base of the ECU. if this exists, then it is an SPi.
And if it is an SPi, one of your more likely culprits is going to be a break in these vaccum hoses.

Out of curiosity, will it run at all? Does It just stall when you come to a stop at a junction?
Cheers, yeah plenty of pictures in my rebuild thread: http://www.theminifo...tion-96-cooper/
