Got some group 2 narrow arch to fit but what rubber seal do people think is best, the U channel rubber or the P strip rubber

I brought the grp 2 arches and the seal advertised with them was U shaped...I've super glued it to the arches before fitting to the car.
Seems to work fine

with out knowing what arches you have no one knows what will fit the best
any local shows near you that you could take a arch too ?
