Hey,

I've just got my first mini and well, i've got nowhere to put my phone when i'm driving.  What do you guys have to store your phone, sunglasses etc?  I have a glove box but no liner in it.

Chris

I have some holder thing that sticks to the windscreen in my modern car, made purposely for the exact phone. Mainly have it stuck to the windscreen when im driving, as that way i can look at texts when i recieve them, via the preview the phone shows, and see whos calling me, without touching the phone.

I have it plugged into my stereo in my other cars, it was the plan for this one.  Was wondering if a centre console might give me a shelf to stick it on but i've not found one yet!

I normally leave mine on the lower dash rail or in my pocket.

I put mine in the ashtray. Holds it nicely and means I can use the GPS speedo app

I paid 99p for a non slip dash mat.
Cut it in half and it takes up the entire lower dash rail perfectly

Put it on that and it doesn't go anywhere. Problem solved!

Yes.  Did this for my old mayfair and it instantly removed masses of irritation at objects sliding around the dash or rattling against each other.

Best solution.

Either up against my ear if I'm talking or in my hand or in my lap if I'm texting/playing a game when driving.

... Joking, I keep it in my pocket unless I'm using it as a Sat Nav, in which case in a windscreen mount.

I keep it in my pocket, which is where I always leave it unless I 'm using it or it's on charge. If I take it out of my pocket and put it down/leave it anywhere else, then that's when it get's lost or left behind!

Speaking of which, I just noticed that it's not in my pocket! Where the hell is it? Where have I left the bloody thing this time? AAGGHHHH!!
