There is a 5/8" headed banjo bolt holding the brake pipe banjo onto the hose and the switch is screwed into it on the top. the switch is 15/16",

Hi

Both brake lights are out on my 1962 mini van.

I want to check the switch - i've read on here it is hydraulic and attached to the subframe but i cant see it - does anyone have a photo as to its exact location please?

should it be accessible and/or visible from the engine bay or will i be able to find it from under the car?   I cant see it from the engine bay following the brake pipes along.....

thanks

derek
