I saw the same mini in North Walsham yesterday AND in Gorleston near James Paget hospital
Haha, i guess the chap isn't on the forum. What Mini do you drive, i'll keep an eye out when i'm about, i do wave like a nutter and flash lights when passing another Mini. 
Haha that wasn't me fella as i'm in the middle of the ocean atm. Unless my Gf was driving my mini without my permission grrrrrrr.
I see, nope wasn't a girly driving, looked like a young-ish guy with blonde hair and had another chap in the passenger seat.
Must be another mini which looks similar.
