if i was to do it one day i would do it myself on a scrap shell first, have a word with paul wiginton at mitp


Paul's Spints are much better quality than the original cars, I'm sure if you decide to build a replica Sprint you will enjoy the challenge :-)

i know a couple of guys who have built a few of these now, here is a pic of the first one.....

built by clive hobbs, he has built a couple of others, one was photographed for one of the mini mags, and a writeup was done, but for some reason it never went in the mag?

 

and here is one built by steve hatton, this one is 3" top and bottom....

part finished, it was later on the cover of mini magazine, and was later sold never to be seen again.

cheers for the pictures, got the magazine with that r1 powerd one and got a miniworld magazine aswell with one thats white with red stripes on defently all an insperation
