Parents are moving back to Canada so dad's car is for sale.

For sale - 2007 Mitsubishi Lancer Equipe 1.6L Automatic 

Much beloved family car and one owner from new. It has been extremely reliable since new and it is sad to bring this car up for sale. Moving abroad forces sale so we are looking to sell this car to another good home to be taken care of. 

The GOOD: 

1.6L engine - Triptronic Gearbox (Automatic and option for semi-auto) 
Full Service History - all paperwork present. 
Low Mileage at 45,000 (Still in daily use so will go up slightly) 
Air Conditioning and Heater - all working great 
Electric windows and Electric mirrors 
MP3 CD/Radio 
Tax till August 2013 
MOT till March 2014 (long MOT! Sailed through - No failures) 
Service carried out along with MOT (Receipts available) 
VERY clean interior. No tears on seats etc... Has been very well looked after 
Very comfortable especially on long journeys 
No mechanical or electrical problems with the car - everything works as it should. You will be buying an arrive and drive car. 
Last serviced March 2013 

The BAD: 
* Graze on the front bumper (as pictured). Not very noticeable. 

* Small dent on the boot lid, hardly noticeable. (No picture because it won't show up!) 

Both the above have no effect on the usage of the car, purely cosmetic. It could be left alone if new owner isn't bothered. However we did receive a quote of £200 to respray the front bumper and sort out the dent on the boot lid. Again, this is only if you want the car looking perfect. 

* Scratch is on the petrol cap lid as pictured. 

* Plastic gearstick gaitor has fallen through into the housing. Doesn't effect gear changing at all and an easy fix. (You would have to remove the housing which looks like its clipped on and re-attach the gaitor. Never bothered me so left it as is) 

* Front Brake pads need replacing - but will be done before buyer collects. 


So those are the good and bad points of the car - all points disclosed. Please come and view, you will not find any surprises. All documents are present and long MOT and Tax means you will not have to spend a penny on top. If more details needed please email.
