Mostly labour + MK1 Mini tax although there is a fair few quids worthy of panels there.

Do it yourself for around 800-900 T ?

not that skilled lol rather buy a whole floor and weld it all in one lol. isnt there anyway i could use a mk4 shell and weld the floor of that in? and then cut out and change where its different so its like a mk1 floor? isnt that the cheapest option?

Yes it would be doable and (alot) cheaper to do, m-machine i know still do the early tunnels (around the £70 mark).

Also make sure you keep the old toeboard (if theres anything left of it) as the mk3 onwards is different and wont allow you to bolt your subframe back in on the rear mounts

I think that depends also on how long your projects going to take in your mind, changing the floor is not a light job and then cutting out bits to "make it Mk 1" lot of work and time. repairing you floor maybe the best option.

How much are complete early shells from Heritage? or do they even do early shells?

They don't do one.  They we're rumoured to be building one last year, but nothing heard since. 

 

If they did one it would probably be a retro Mk4 shell that looked like a Mk1 externally rather than a true Mk1.
