Hi guys you've probably been asked this before but I've just done a metro turbo build ...so ( bulkhead box and double webber box) has been all done and I took out my inner wings. But front end all still solid no flip front!!! I've decided on putting the b16 in but turbo charging it. I've had a look in the net and searched the forums for photos of what bulkhead modification people have done if any in order for the engine to fit.....but I can't see clearly what people have done. Also what clearance the is in the manifold area for the turbo around the front panel... Has any one got and clear photos? Or measurements?

I'm planning on using the allspeed subframe.... If that helps.
Many thanks

You're a brave man doing a turbo vtec mini. It has been done before. As for measurements I don't think anyone on here will be able to give you accurate ones for the front panel and the bulkhead you can just compare yours to the pictures on the build threads here. you might be better off trying 16vminiforum.

But as a bit of a idea this is one someone has done before, its certainly not going to be subtle

There is also this one, its the ringmini who has just finished his 4x4 1.8l turbo vtec in a standard length front. He has done a simply amazing job

Thanks yeh I've seen a the first one before but I hoping not to have the turbo showing I want the mini to look standard . I'm going to have to modify the manifold to make it fit.
