so after my encounter and still ongoing problem with my clubman estate, ive been thinking of building a new loom,

 

i think the most common wires are 1.00mm

but some are a bit thicker ?  are they 2.00mm thick ?  like the alternator cable 

 

could anybody shed some light on this before i order my cables :)

well just use the site to get the recommended sizes then go to ebay or whatever
