I asked the same question a while ago. Apparently he works for a Porsche racing team although I've not been able to identify which one.
This was the reply I had from Maccers on the same subject:
"Hmmm, I am not sure, but I think VMAX might know what Ian is doing now, I have a feeling Stuart from VMAX worked at AvonBar with Ian in the 90's. I could be wrong. There was also a coach works between New Malden and Kingston where I got some body work done and they introduced me to OAP when I mentioned about having some work done on the engine. I cant remember what they were called, or even if they are still there, but they were on the corner of Kingston Road and California Road.

One other place to try would be Epsom Car Care, Ian used a workshop witin their overall premesis at Tattenham Corner in Tadworth, right on Epsom Downs as in the horse racing. Epsom Car Care moved to Blenhiem Road I think its is, I pass it when I go to the recycling yard, maybe worth calling them and seeing if anyone was around when they were at Tadworth and might know."
Let me know how you get on as I'd love to find out more about my OAP 1380 Cooper Headed beastie!

Will do. Peter Baldwin had 128 at the fly out of it at 6450 rpm.
It's a cracking engine that's why I must research it.
Cheers.

Old post but just come across it.
If you send me engine number I have records of all OAP engines built.
