think its pretty straigh forward, as far as looms go, i no theres an extra switch for headlight aim on the dash, which you wont need, unless you want to incorporate it?? also the sportspacks have vents in the dash dont they?? which wont connect to anything unless you addapt your heater to do so?
If u already have a 3 clock set up then it should be a piece of cake, just screw the clocks in, plug the loom in the back and job done

No (except the normal fresh air vents), Japanese Minis do. They're for the air con system.
There's an extra SRS warning lamp which will be useless. There's an alarm LED that you might be able to re-use. You won't have the brackets on the parcel shelf rail that the dash screws into so you'll have to create mountings for the dash. Not sure about the wiring, specifically how the additional gauges are hooked up. The main clocks should be the standard plug as with earlier models but the others won't just plug directly in. The time clock and voltmeter will be easy enough to connect but you'll need a temp sender for the oil temp gauge (or get rid of it and fit something useful like an oil pressure gauge or vacuum gauge).
