What do you do with the gap between Body kit side skirts and sill?
I have 2 thoughts of my own.
Attach a length of Ally with pop rivets or screws, or fill with expanding foam and cover with fibreglass sheet between sill and skirt.
Your thoughts please.
If you think of another (better) way let me know.

Neither of these sound like a good idea at all. Why do you want to fill the gap?

It's just another place for crud to collect and fill only to create problems down the road.
