can someone shed some light on a few quiries i have?

im building a 1330 with a MD296 camshaft for racing, what im after is does someone know what  poundage spring to run with this cam?

and also what rockers , do i even need roller rockers or are they for the marcho talk down the tavern, what im trying to say is if i dont need rollers which rockers are better to use the wide solid type or the pressed steel, ive read that pressed steel are good and if you run a bead of weld over the top of them they work great, , anyone have a idea?

Is go for roller tip rockers, they are good if you set them up properly (roller shimmed correctly so the full wisdth of the roller is over the whole valve stem, and I the angle of them is correct, the can e at the wrong angle of the head had been skimmed fairly)

Full roller rollers are the bit that is the :/ point. Nothing wrong with bushed rockers

Not sure on the valve springs Kent will know though

Does the spring pressure not vary depending on what vale train you have?

for example if you have super light valves/push rods you wont need as much spring pressure

dont kent offer there own springs to go with that cam?
