hi

 

does anyone have a windscreen chrome bead/trim fitting tool i can borrow for a weekend.

 

i need to replace the scuttle on my mini,

Can't you make your own out of a wire coat hanger?

I heard an 8mm ring spanner works just as well, never tried it myself so I'd be interested I to see if there's any truth in it

Whatever you do. don't try it with a flat head screwdriver. i learnt that the hard way last year.... scratched body work, cut fingers, lots of swearing and about 2 days labour..... :( just to avoid paying for an 8 quid tool off minisport
