My '95 was originally RHD and I have converted it to LHD.  The conversion has gone fine but it just seems something isn't right about the pedals on the left side.  Are the two different and can a RHD box be modified so it is more compatible on the left side?  Perhaps heating and bending the pedal arms?

Thanks very much.

The main difference is the accelerator pedal, the shape and also the fixing system is different. The brake and clutch pedals are different part numbers so I presume that they are different in shape slightly, but after having one of each in each hand I couldn't tell much difference.

The clutch and brake pedals will be far too close to the accelerator if you haven't changed them, as they would be too far under the heater if you made the swap the other way.  My car was like that when I got it and it took me ages to work out what was wrong, as you say it just doesn't feel right.  The pedal box is the same, it's just the pedals you need to change and it isn't that hard to do with the box still in place.

Thanks very much.  Is there a place to buy the LHD pedals?  I'll post a photo in just a little bit.

Have you fitted the servo?  if you have then you must have used a LHD brake pedal and it's just the clutch you need to change.  I'll check if I still have mine around somewhere.

Sorry, I had to go out of town.  No, I haven't fitted the servo.  I'm just making it a manual brake system using remote Wilwood master cylinders.

With a servo fitted the brake pedal is attached to a bar which goes across the bulkhead and the servo is positioned in the "normal" position...
