It was a standing joke at the local BMC Garage in Truro Cornwall, that BMC were advanced over other manufactures of the time because they had like the Trucks ACL which as any truck mechanic knows is Automatic Chassie Lubrication, which explains why the front subframes lasted longer than the rear !
