Here's some of the photos that were taken yesterday, some are for insurance reasons and others are just because it's looking loverrrley! He's still riding a little high but the suspension will be changed soon!

Thanks! It's the original colour, I had a few moments where I thought about changing but I got it resprayed original (part of me wants a white roof now after seeing the wheels on it ). I'm trying my best to get it all back original bar a few mods (brakes, suspension ect). Glad you like .

That colour really suits minis, would look naff on big cars but just perfect on a mini

Thanks guys but sadly this happened today.. Gearbox is as dead as a dodo! Least amount of time a car has got an MOT (hasn't had one for the last 3 years) then been taken off the road for repair I think haha.

If I showed her that comment she would be in the next train. It was her first car and she balled her eyes out when it went. She gave it to a guy who said he wanted a Mini to restore. He then left it on the street untaxed and it got crushed = a lot more tears! I will try to find a pic tomorrow.

I sold my first car a few weeks ago and had to drive it to the guys house because he wasn't insured and I cried as I left . It's also been sat outside his house with no tax since . I would have never sold it if I could justify having two dailies (not even a word!)

I really hate to tell you this but 'Chop'- my mini you weren't that keen on earlier, once started life looking JUST like yours (same year, colour, model).
Keep up the good work, it's great to see standard cars too!
