Anyone had any experience with Group 2 Mexico Arches?

I currently have Sportpack with 7x13 deepdish and 8.4 discs and they stick out a tiny bit and rub against the Arch on full lock. Its slowly destroying my front tyres!

Would 'Wide Group 2' arches still stick out or shall I go for Mexico Arches?

Thanks :)

I have Mexico arches with 7x13 wheels and the arches stick out further than the wheels by about 10 - 20mm.

They are slightly over arched but this is the look I was going for as I wanted the wheels to be sitting inside the arch not straight under.

The only place my wheels rubbed was at the front of the wings next to the indicators so I just trimmed the metal work back to suit.

Best thing to do is Google mini Mexico arches and see some examples of what they look like.

Hope this helps.

Ian

These aren't 7x10's but I think they're 6x10's:

I have a set of revolutions (for sale soon), but an odd set - two wheels 7x10 and two wheels 6x10, I tried a 7x10 on last week and it stuck out further than the 7x13's I have, but it depends on what offset you have really.

That looks good! I would like to see what it looks like with a 7x10 on the front as well!

No problem!

Not as low as the picture of the back wheel as I've now rebuilt the front suspension. And without the weight of an engine, this is how low I could get it to look before the car started to lift when I jacked the wheel up.

Hope this helps.

Nice one cheers for that! I have a set of 7x10's that i've not fitted yet and been thinking about what arches to go for. I have Miglia arches at the minute but quite fancy a change. Might consider a set of Mexico's now!

No probs, just check your offset or back spacings mate.

My 7x10's stick out more than any other wheel I've seen!

I can measure the back spacing of my 7x10's if you like?

Smackfiend.... I don't suppose by any chance you happen to know the offset of a set of 10×6 wellers do you.?

Sorry mate I dont, I've never owned any Wellers before.

I did a quick search for you and some members have stated their offset, but they might be different from yours or the ones you are buying.

I'll measure my Revoltions 7x10's and my 6x10's back spacing the next time I'm working on my car, so you can do a comparison of the "stickyoutedness" of your wheels.
