    My jaw needs oiling. Where's the WD40??

Hi guys
I'm useless with electrics so my car has thrown a tantrum, basically repair kit fitted on the top engine steady and the electrics have gone mad now the only things that work are indicators head rear windscreen and brakes lights which are constantly on but only when the headlight switch is on but nothing else indicators don't work/flash horn, wipers, hazards wiper washer works and so doesn't the brake check but nothing else please can you help I'm desperate

Have you disturbed an earth strap?

I removed it from the housing but but it back in the same place with a good connection

Have you disturbed an earth strap?

Add an extra earth with a jump lead or some such and see if it makes a difference...

Hi again
Tried this no luck I've check per the flasher units and fuse box and both look good with good connectors has anybody else got any ideas?

Have you disturbed the bullet connectors by the wiper motor...?

  The front body loom earth is at a point on the front crossmember near where the steady bar is, sounds like you have damaged it.  It's 4 or 5 large ring eyes on black cables, held to the crossmember with a large no.3 Pozi screw.  Also sounds like you may have knocked something off the fusebox while working.  It would be easier if you told us what car it is, the wiring changed many times over the years.
