Block the bypass in the water pump to blank it off
Remeber to drill the thermostat to complete the conversion.

I understand blanking off the pump as per the pic but what do mean about the thermostat?Block the bypass in the water pump to blank it off

You need coolant flow when the thermostat is closed.
Two ways to do this, you can have a sandwitch plate with a bypass to the heater, or simply drill two 1/8 holes in the thermostat.
