I'm trying to pick a colour for the interior of my car, including inside the boot and the engine bay. I plan on doing it (or getting it done) properly so it might well outlast the paint job on the outside of the car, which is a good few years old now and likely to change at some point as it's non standard metallic colour.

I'm planning to go as neutral as possible so that the inside will match pretty much anything I do later to the outside - a friend suggested that and it's a good idea, and since the outside now has plenty of black and I've got black seats and door cards it will look pretty good with the right grey.

The question is, other than colour are there any greys that are really easy to find and available in different paints (eg ratlle cans for touch ups, stone chip or tougher versions for floor - I've got no carpets - things like that)?

If you want hard as nails you can use por 15 in grey,it will require its own thinner.

Yeah, I might go for Yukon Grey, it looks pretty nice on the pics in the colours thread and like you say it seems like it's still easy enough to get hold of.

POR 15 might be a bit OTT for the whole interior :) Also not cheap stuff! Great for sealing rusty old stuff though.
