As the title reads how do you remove the rear seat back? The cushion lifts off but the back is stuck.

 Eh? He wants to take the seats out, not a clarification of the vehicle type.

 

If I recall, there are a couple of self tappers/bolts that drop down through the rear parcel shelf to the boot, undo these.

As above, but as I recall it's held in by four self tappers, two at the bottom of the seat back that can be accessed by removing the seat base, and two under the parcel shelf, that need to be accessed through the boot. Getting at the near side one in the boot can be a bit tricky though due to the fuel tank being in the way, but is possible with short handled screwdriver.

I think he means the back cushion, not the seat frame underneath.

Yep top parcel shelf and in the boot think there's about 8 then it just lifts out

Mine was attached by a little plastic thing and i just pulled it off from the inside
