Hello, newbie at your service.
I just wandered over here from retro-rides.com. I'm Jenn and I have (at present ) a 1991 Mayfair and a 1979 Clubby which is undergoing a very slow and painful (for me!) restoration. I also have a Skoda Rapid, and I basically like most retro/classic cars, i just feel most in proportion with minis!
Ahoy there

Hi Pics of my cars can be seen here on my Photobucket. The clubby is stripped down at present and my Skoda is looking worse for wear as I skidded round a wet corner into a hedge a few weeks ago , but because of that I bought the Mayfair so it isn't all bad.
This is standard with the small addition of a CD stereo, we're steadily sorting out the rusty bits and heping the engine run better.
This I bought some time ago and we decided to take it off the road to strip it all down and restore it. After that I bought my Rapid to get me to college every day.
That is a bit bent now but not too bad. Before them all I had a black Mk1 XR2 however at 17 I couldn't use it due to the insurance quotes or £2k+
At present I'm just waiting for the weather to warm up so Dad can get some of the welding out the way and I can get prepping for a full respray. Woo.

The skoda rapid is the perfect way to demonstrate oversteer And Ive heard they are really easy to tune too. Its like a tiny porsche 911.
