Hey guys and gals. Built a new engine with verniertiming gear... I THINK the chains catching ob the cover.

It wasnt catching at first, but Ive done 500 miles now and its quite noticable now. The cover I used was a 998 a+ with no breather, but I didnt use a tentioner.

What cover do I need?

Thank you :)

You'll just need to remove it  - and gently beat it out where (if!) it has been rubbing...  Since it's only happened after 500 miles - maybe something is working loose on the timing gear.....  I would investigate right away.
