Good evening.

I thought I'd start my turbo engine again as it hasn't been run for about 6 years.

With the old style turbo distributor, what is the order for the 3 wires that go to the ignition module thing.

One is white/black, one is white and the other is black.

Now I assume the Black/white and White go to the coil as they are the same colour as the later wires.

Does anyone know where does the plain black one goes?

Thanks

James

Plain black goes to earth - I believe that's how I wired mine up (although it was a while ago) - I found an earthing point on the body (inner wing) and ran an earth from that.

Yes, black is earthed.

Thanks.

I still have no spark but at least the wiring should be ok! Time to start looking at the distributor.
