I have literally no idea where to start so some help would be greatly appreciated!

Depending on your type of stereo you will have a constant live in for the memory and a switched live feed and a earth wire

Then you have 4 speaker wires 2 right and 2 left these obviously connect to the speakers and will be marked + / -

Depends what your wiring skills are like and if you have a multimeter to identify a ignition controlled feed inside the car and a constant live.

Do you have the skills to do the wiring and a Multimeter? when someone says hey have no idea its best to get it fitted as getting it wrong could cause a wiring fire or make the car unreliable.
