Hi, Just removed the radius arms from my rotten subframe, I need to remove both bearings, have 2 rebuild kits,i assume the nylon tube is a spacer between the needle roller and the plain bush, whats the best way to remove and refit the bearings? my local machine shop said they would ream out the plain bushes to fit the pivot for a tenner. Thanks in advance Martin.

just knock them out with long punch but best not hammer new ones in, use a piece of about 3/8" - 1/2" thresde rod with washers each side to 'press' them in.
