My wipers didn't work and kept getting stuck so I stripped them and cleaned and greased it, and it works ok on slow speed but nothing reall on the fast speed.

Is this a parking switch issue .... Or just poss needs cleaning better?

Did you clean all the parts? We cleaned the ones in the Ritz which worked for a while but then stopped. We've now replaced it with a second hand one and works perfectly. We stripped the old one down and found that it was the drivers side one that was causing problems as it is a mix of steel and aluminium. Have a look at the gradual resto of our Ritz below on the last post of mine.
