My mini has been my daily for a year but as I'm going to uni it is not really needed so was going to be made a project but this was confirmed when it failed mot considerably. However I still have it and get to keep it which is great :) so just now thinking of ideas for a good project and some things that people have done to their projects :) any reply welcome thanks for reading

My advice is this: Pick a specific look and don't change your mind as it will become unnecessarily expensive otherwise.

 

Body stripdowns and rebuilds ALWAYS take longer than you think. Get an idea of how much you think it will cost you (be honest here) then double it. At least. This will be how much it costs you money-wise.

 

Remember, friends offering a hand are worth their weight in gold and can usually be paid for with Pizza, chocolate biscuits and beer.

Wandering spec syndrome

The same goes for the engine. Decide on what you want and try stick to it. So many projects have been dragged off track the notorious wandering spec syndrome
