Not much mentioned if its been driven by the seller regarding oil pressure/burning oil and gearbox. always a gamble on ebay which is why its never good to pay to much, always expect the worst and bid accordingly is all I can advise unless the seller can prove its good.
Last thing you want is a noisy crank a bit of blue smoke and a crunch going back into second, are you looking for something to drop in or strip/ rebuild?

Ideally drop straight in as I have an empty engine bay plus it's in the same town as me
as its in the same town as you, maybe it would be worth going and seeing it person. that way you can talk to the seller and maybe find out a bit more info

Since its in your town go look at it... Take a fresh battery with you - Jump to the starter motor. Crank engine over.
Throw a compression tester gauge in the spark holes and you will quickly see if all 4 cyls have compression, Thats a known good start. Even numbers should reveal a marginally healthy motor or not.
Buring oil _ crunchy gears - thats the other risks. But fixable . Bid accordingly.
AN unknown lump like that here in the USA is fetching near 1000$ + more with all the acessories hanging on it.

I find its best to act all interested then make out your not, give valid reason why and sometimes I find from experience that the real stuff comes out!
Just a thought good luck
