Would a 10x5" weller wheel fit a 1980 Austin mini and if so what tyre would I need

If you have front drum brakes or a 7.5 inch disc setup then theres no issues, if you have the larger 8.4 inch disc brakes up fornt im afraid you cant run 10's
As for tyres, you're best bet is to go with 165/70/10's
