What were you drinking when you took that...?

Check for any unblocked holes around the carb.... or check for leaks between the carb and manifold...

Are there any connections for breathers that are not... well, connected...?

Nobody can tell anything from that video because it is all over the place... I got dizzy and fell off my chair when I was watching it....

You need to check for leaks - use WD40 or some such to spray around the intake path and see if there is an air leak...

From the video, it sounds as if it should be fairly easy to find if you didn't wave the camera all over the engine bay so quickly....

Push the carb to engine, does the note change?

Sounds like you have an air leak in a point where you have high vacuum at idle, so check with wd40 around the manifold and the blanking stud at the servo take off

Also detach the two breather connections off the carb, one at time, and block the connection to the carb with a finger, if the hissing stops then you have a problem with the pipe you have disconnected

Check the manifolds and the carbs for cracks

Check the dashpot screws are tight enough (but do not over tight them, its alloy!)
