Steering Rack Gator

well my car failed its mot today on the steering rack gators so anyone like to tell me how hard this job is please and what is entailed thanks a lot

simple enough, tie-rod off, nee a ball splitter for the end, new gaiter, and a big blob of grease, old gaiter may be held with large cable tie,or metal hose-type clip.

 

take you about half an hour

No worries, just basic tools will do the job, make sure to have/get a joint splitter
