Custom Handmade Headrest. Need Some Help/advice!

I have stitched the leather up and put it on the headrest but tbere creases on the leather because of the shape of the foam, I am not sure on how to modify it to make it all smooth with no creases on the edge, could you help me out if anyone has any idea what to do... :/

you can try steaming and stretching the leather,but you may need to un-stitch first, then as you stretch pin every couple of inches,before re-stitching

I would pack the gap between the cover and the headrest with a foam/sponge layer 1/2 inch thick. Either that or unpick it, and reduce the size of your end pieces to take out the 'bagginess'

I was thinking of packing it up but would it loose shape after sometime?
